Once you have completed the registration via our sign up page, you will receive an email confirming your registration. Your chosen Practice Management System (PMS) will be sent a notification so that they can activate VetEnvoy services from their end.
After your PMS has activated your account, you will receive an email advising VetEnvoy services should be available to you. As each PMS is slightly different in its layout, the PMS will be able to give guidance on how to use services available. If they haven’t already contacted you to let you know the steps of how to use your listed services, please see our support page to find a list of the PMS Support links
Please note: if you are asked for credentials from your system, these are generated by your PMS who should have a copy of these.
